Position Summary:

As a 2026 Finance Summer Intern, you will dive into the exciting world of corporate finance, gaining real-world experience and making a tangible impact. You will partner with leaders on critical financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis tasks, building essential dashboards and sharpening your analytical skills. This impactful, career-shaping summer will culminate in a presentation of your insights and project work to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Director of FP&A on reporting monthly corporate results, contributing to vital financial insights.
• Collaborate actively with the finance team on the setup, preparation, and data collection process for the annual budget.
• Participate in team exercises designed to develop and strengthen foundational finance skills.
• Gain experience working with large datasets and integrating information from multiple sources.
• Create new or enhance existing reporting dashboards using powerful tools like DOMO and Adaptive.
• Run ad hoc reports and organize the output effectively and clearly in spreadsheets.
• Prepare and deliver a comprehensive presentation to the Management team at the end of the summer, showcasing your project work and overall internship experience.

Eligibility & Requirements:

We are seeking motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Academic Standing: You must be a current college student, entering your senior year in the fall of 2026. Maintaining excellent academic standing is a must.
• Internship Dates: The program will run from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026.
• Work Schedule: Interns will work Monday through Friday on a 37.5-hour work week schedule, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this collaborative role.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
• Work Model: This role operates on a hybrid work model. Interns are expected to be present in our Stamford, CT corporate office 4 days a week, with Friday being a work-from-anywhere day.
• Housing: Please note that Conair does not provide housing for summer interns.
• Compensation: Compensation for all internship positions is set at $25 per hour.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
• Candidate must be willing to adhere to the hybrid schedule, coming into the office 4 days a week.
