What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect crop fields rigorously using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques and cutting-edge GPS technology.
  • Identify and report common and uncommon weeds, various insect pests, plant diseases, and other potential yield-limiting threats.
  • Utilize the specialized MyFS Agronomy App to accurately record all findings and efficiently share detailed reports with the team.
  • Work closely alongside skilled agronomy specialists and engage directly with local farmers, building professional relationships.
  • Gain comprehensive exposure to agricultural retail operations and participate in informative training sessions to enhance your knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; an agricultural background is strongly preferred.
  • A strong interest in production agriculture and effective crop management practices.
  • The physical ability to walk fields extensively and perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are essential.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
