Program Overview:
CBRE Investment Management invites motivated students with a strong interest in investment management to apply for their summer 2026 internships. This program offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse organization that is dedicated to the success of its interns. Interns are expected to learn the business and make impactful contributions.

A Day As A CBRE Investment Management Intern:
Interns will have the opportunity to work in various exciting areas of the organization. Potential responsibilities and experiences include:
• Working on cash flow modeling with the finance team.
• Rationalizing large data sets to identify trends with the analytics team.
• Participating in potential investor industry reviews with the private infrastructure team.
• Understanding deal metrics by underwriting leases and maintaining property models with the strategic partners team.

What You Need (Required Qualifications):
• Education: Currently an undergraduate or masters’ degree student pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Math.
• Graduation Date: Must have a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Interests: Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis.
• Skills: Critical thinking skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Nice To Have (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Argus and cash flow modeling.
• Minors or certificates in Computer Science, data analytics, or similar degrees.
