Program Overview:
CBRE Investment Management invites motivated students to apply for its summer 2026 internships. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship program designed for students interested in investment management within a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse organization. The program offers a potential opportunity to join the organization for a full-time role in the future.
A Day As A CBRE Investment Management Intern:
Interns will have the opportunity to work in various exciting areas of the organization. Potential tasks include:
• Cash flow modeling with the finance team.
• Rationalizing big data sets to identify trends with the analytics team.
• Participating in potential investor industry review with the private infrastructure team.
• Underwriting leases and maintaining property models to understand deal metrics with strategic partners team.
The Internship Experience Includes:
• Networking with CBRE IM leaders and professionals from the broader CBRE organization.
• Learning from top company leaders through a series of executive webinars.
• Inclusion in team meetings to gain insights into how high-performing teams achieve results.

What You Need (Required Qualifications):
• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Math.
• Graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis.
• Possession of critical thinking skills.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Nice To Have (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Argus and cash flow modeling.
• Degree minors or certificates in Computer Science, data analytics, or similar fields.
