This internship program is designed for students with a strong interest in investment management. CBRE Investment Management seeks motivated students who are eager to learn the business and make impactful contributions within a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse organization that is dedicated to the success of its interns.

Internship Details & Experience:
This is a 10-week, full-time, paid summer internship. There is a potential opportunity to join the organization for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.

Interns will gain a rich experience, including:
Networking with leaders within CBRE Investment Management and the broader CBRE organization.
Learning from top company leaders through a series of executive webinars.
• Being included in team meetings, providing an “inside scoop” into how high-performing teams achieve results.
• Participation in fun social events and opportunities to network with fellow interns.
• The chance to present a capstone project at the end of the summer to showcase acquired work and abilities.

A Day As A CBRE Investment Management Intern (Examples of Work Areas):
Interns will have the opportunity to work in various exciting areas of the organization, potentially involving tasks such as:
Cash flow modeling with the finance team.
Rationalizing big data sets to identify trends with the analytics team.
• Participating in potential investor industry reviews with the private infrastructure team.
Underwriting leases and maintaining property models to understand deal metrics with strategic partners team.

Required Qualifications (“What You Need”):
• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student.
Graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Math.
Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis.
• Possession of critical thinking skills.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications (“Nice To Have”):
• Experience with Argus and cash flow modeling.
• Minors or certificates in Computer Science, data analytics, or similar fields.
