This internship program is designed for students with a strong interest in investment management. Internship Details & Experience:
This is a 10-week, full-time, paid summer internship. There is a potential opportunity to join the organization for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.

A Day As A CBRE Investment Management Intern (Examples of Work Areas):
Interns will have the opportunity to work in various exciting areas of the organization, potentially involving tasks such as:
• Cash flow modeling with the finance team.
• Rationalizing big data sets to identify trends with the analytics team.
• Participating in potential investor industry reviews with the private infrastructure team.
• Underwriting leases and maintaining property models to understand deal metrics with strategic partners team.

• Possession of critical thinking skills.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with Argus and cash flow modeling.
• Minors or certificates in Computer Science, data analytics, or similar fields.
