Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship

PulteGroup offers internships providing hands-on experience and a strong foundation for long-term career goals within the homebuilding industry. The internship program features:

Rotational Shadowing: Interns gain a holistic understanding of the homebuilding industry by shadowing various functions and departments.
Meaningful Projects: Daily work involves contributing to real projects under the guidance of experienced professionals within a chosen function.
Centralized Training: PulteGroup invests in intern development through structured training opportunities throughout the summer.
Capstone Presentation: Interns conclude their experience by presenting their work and ideas to local Division leadership.

Specific Responsibilities (Marketing Focus):

The Marketing internship involves:

Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
Marketing & Advertising Support: Assisting in promotional activities across social media, email, and web platforms.
Asset Management: Assisting with the intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
Market Analysis: Conducting competitive market analysis to identify opportunities.
SEO Projects: Contributing to SEO projects, including blog posts and website content.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate from the preceding semester).
• Minimum sophomore status preferred.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 preferred.
• Relevant degree pursuit (Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Architecture, or similar).
Skills:** Curious and coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable, motivated, enthusiastic, professional communication skills (written and verbal), strong tech-savvy (Excel and Microsoft Teams specifically), strong organizational skills, self-motivation, learning agility, bias for action, and a strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry. Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Internship Details:

Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks), with potential adjustments.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, dependent on the specific role’s requirements. Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities.
Compensation: $20/hour (varies by position and location).
Benefits: Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Locations: Florida (Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Orlando, Riverview, West Palm Beach), Nevada (Las Vegas), North Carolina (Raleigh), Texas (Austin).
