Detailed Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing a holistic understanding of the homebuilding industry. Interns participate in rotational shadowing across various functions and departments. Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced professionals within a designated function. The company invests in intern development through centralized training programs. The internship culminates in a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.

Specific Responsibilities (Marketing Internship):

• Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, email, web).
• Assist with intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
• Perform competitive market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Assist in SEO projects (blog posts, website content).

General Internship Details:

Duration: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks). Schedule adjustments possible.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Schedule depends on the position.
Compensation: $20/hour (varies by position and location).
Benefits: Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Format: Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities. Shadowing across various functions for a holistic view of the homebuilding process. A capstone presentation or final project may be included.
Locations: Florida (Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Orlando, Riverview, West Palm Beach), Nevada (Las Vegas), North Carolina (Raleigh), Texas (Austin).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate). Minimum sophomore status preferred.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA preferred.
Skills:** Curious, coachable, personable, patient, action-oriented, accountable, motivated, enthusiastic, professional communication (written and verbal), tech-savvy (Excel, Microsoft Teams), strong organization, self-motivation, learning agility, bias for action. Strong interest in homebuilding, real estate, or construction. Extracurricular activities are a plus.
