Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship (Marketing Focus)

PulteGroup offers internships providing hands-on experience and a strong foundation for long-term career goals within the homebuilding industry. Interns will gain a holistic understanding of the industry through rotational shadowing opportunities across various functions and departments. Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals within a designated function (in this case, Marketing).

Specific Marketing Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
Marketing & Advertising Support: Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities, including social media, email, and web campaigns.
Media Asset Management: Assisting with the intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
Competitive Analysis: Performing competitive market analysis to identify opportunities.
SEO Projects: Contributing to SEO projects, such as blog posts and website content.

General Internship Details:

Program Length: 12 weeks (May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025)
Schedule: 40 hours per week; schedule varies based on the specific internship position and requirements. In-person work in one of 29 Division Offices and/or up-and-coming development communities.
Compensation: $20/hour (may vary based on position and location)
Benefits: Temporary employees are eligible for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Training & Development: Centralized training and development opportunities provided throughout the summer.
Capstone Presentation: Internship culminates with a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.
Shadowing Opportunities: Exposure to various functions within the homebuilding process.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student (or graduated the semester before the internship). Minimum sophomore status preferred.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 preferred.
• Strong interest in homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and adaptability.
• A “bias for action” and desire to make a meaningful contribution.
• Extracurricular activities (student organizations, leadership roles, etc.) are a plus.
