Job Description:
Job Title: 2025 Summer Internship
Summary: As a Summer Intern at Cushman & Wakefield, you will be an integral part of a service line team, learning and engaging in various aspects of commercial real estate. This hourly paid internship offers up to 30 hours per week, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of commercial industry terms, laws, regulations, processes, and market trends. You will gain valuable experience to share with your classmates and organizations.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering and Analysis: Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide relevant advice and information.
• Daily Operations: Assist the business in the execution of their daily tasks.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to day-to-day requests, providing information and advice and ensuring that issues are properly addressed.
• Process Adherence: Deliver through established processes, systems, and procedures ensuring work standards and requirements are met.
• Professional Development: Develop own professional expertise through on the job training and observation.
• Client Support: Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.
• Project Tracking: Track project timelines.
• Reporting: Generate monthly reports.
• Managerial Assistance: Assist managers with department objectives.
• Special Projects: Complete special projects.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Education: At least two (2) years completed toward a bachelor’s degree.
• GPA: Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
• Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship unavailable for this position).
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Proven record of providing excellent customer service.
• Work Ethic: A self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented while also being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Ability to work individually as well as a team player.
