Job Description: 2025 Summer Internship Program – Mechanical Engineering
Westinghouse offers numerous Mechanical Engineering internship opportunities for its 2025 Summer Intern Program. Locations include Cranberry Twp, PA; Rock Hill, SC; and Shoreview, MI. Note that applying to this position will consider your application for all internship opportunities at these locations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide engineering design and/or analysis for nuclear power plants and products. This includes work in areas such as fuel manufacturing, spent-fuel management, service and maintenance, instrumentation and control, and training.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and other internal functional groups at an engineering level to gather information needed for work assignments.
• Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (other engineering disciplines will not be considered).
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
• Completion of the sophomore year of college by May 2025 is required.
