The Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (MBA LDP)
This four-year program is designed to cultivate a pipeline of future Finance leaders for Johnson & Johnson. It combines diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, and continuous coaching and development.
Rotations & Assignments
Participants gain valuable on-the-job experience through two rotations at the Finance Manager level within Johnson & Johnson’s business sectors:
• Medical Technology
• Innovative Medicine
• Corporate Services
They work in various functional areas, including:
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Commercial Finance
• Supply Chain Finance
• Research & Development Finance
• Acquisitions & Divestitures
• Corporate Services
These rotations aim to build a strong foundation in finance and business acumen, technical skills, leadership, and J&J knowledge, preparing participants for roles at the finance director level and beyond.
Training/Professional Development
In addition to rotations, the program provides:
• Targeted trainings to support onboarding and build J&J business acumen
• Opportunities to network with peers and senior leaders
• 40 hours of classroom and e-learning training in the first year, focusing on leadership and technical skills
• Ongoing targeted training throughout the program
• Requirement to obtain CMA certification during the program
Coaching & Development
Participants receive:
• Regular coaching from their supervisor
• Support from a peer mentor and a leader mentor throughout the program

Starting positions are located in or near New Brunswick, Raritan, Titusville, NJ, or Horsham, Spring House, West Chester, PA. Future rotations may occur at other J&J sites in or near:

• Irvine, CA
• San Francisco, CA
• Danvers, MA
• Raynham, MA

Compensation
• Base pay: $130,000/year
• Performance-based compensation programs, including an annual performance bonus
• Sign-on and/or early incentive bonus
• Eligibility for company employee benefit programs like health insurance, savings plans, pension plans, disability plans, and time off
