Description – 2025 Intern Grad Procurement LDP
This 12-week internship program within Johnson & Johnson’s Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop key skills for a future career in Procurement. The program is designed to equip interns with the knowledge and abilities needed to become future Procurement leaders.
The program will include:
• Functional & Professional Development: Gain hands-on experience in various Procurement functions and receive training to enhance your professional skills.
• Challenging Projects: Contribute to strategic business initiatives by working on impactful projects.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor/buddy.
• Immersive Experiences: Participate in events focused on specific sectors, leadership training programs, and local community service projects to understand company culture and career paths.
Examples of potential responsibilities include:
• Conducting research and analysis to support category strategy development.
• Leading or participating in project teams focused on major value initiatives (e.g., sourcing events).
• Developing best practices, processes, and tool kits.
• Working on sector-specific projects to implement strategies driving significant value.
Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be considered for prestigious full-time PLDP positions within Johnson & Johnson. Offers will be based on internship performance and business needs.
