Job Description: Boeing 2025 Internship Program

Boeing offers summer internships (10-12 weeks) for motivated students. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities with experts working on significant projects. Interns will:

• Work directly with a mentor, solving real-world problems.
• Tour state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities.
• Interact with company leaders, discussing strategy and future plans.
• Network through social events and activities.
• Gain skills and knowledge for future leadership in aerospace.

Specific Internship Tracks:

Supply Chain Management: Internships are available across various Boeing Business Units (Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space, and Security; Boeing Global Services; Boeing Capital Corporation; and Corporate). These roles are crucial to Boeing’s global operations.

BGS Digital Strategy & Experience: These internships focus on developing and implementing strategic digital initiatives. Interns gain hands-on experience in product management, customer experience, research, and user experience design, contributing to Boeing Global Services’ digital strategy and customer experience.

Work Arrangements:

Hybrid: Some positions involve both on-site and remote work, at the hiring team’s discretion.
Virtual: Some positions are fully remote.
On-site: Some positions require 100% on-site work at a specified Boeing location.

Security Clearance & Compliance:

• Some positions may require a U.S. Security Clearance (requiring U.S. Citizenship).
• Some positions require compliance with Export Control regulations, necessitating a “US Person” status (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an anticipated graduation date after August 2025. Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.

Preferred Qualifications: Passion for aerospace; strong academic record (GPA 3.0 or higher); previous internship or work experience; involvement in student or civic organizations; major in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Information Systems, or related fields; ability to telecommute; ability to relocate and work onsite.

Compensation and Benefits:

Summary pay range: $37,000 – $76,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
• Competitive base pay and variable compensation.
• Benefits (health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, paid and unpaid time off – eligibility varies).
