The Decade Project

The Decade Project is an organization committed to transforming the landscape of business ownership across America. Our mission is to ensure that the ownership of businesses genuinely mirrors the race, gender, and ethnicity of the United States within a decade. By achieving this vital representation, we aim to unlock significant economic potential, projecting an addition of $4 trillion in annual GDP and fostering 20 million new sustainable growth businesses. We are also dedicated to doubling the size of existing enterprises owned by women and BIPOC individuals.

The Decade Project fosters a collaborative and impact-driven environment, united by a shared vision for an equitable and prosperous economy. We believe in the power of diverse entrepreneurship to drive national growth and create lasting opportunities for all. We invite you to learn more about our transformative work and join us in building a more inclusive economic future for America.
