STRIDE Community Health Center is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center with a 35-year legacy, providing comprehensive, team-based healthcare. Since its founding in 1989 with a single clinic, STRIDE has grown into an integrated delivery system dedicated to offering affordable and accessible medical, behavioral health, and dental care. We proudly serve 52,000 patients annually, addressing the critical needs of low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations across the Denver-Metro area.

Our expansive reach includes 14 brick-and-mortar clinics, 6 school-based health centers, refugee medical services, and a versatile street medicine team. These vital services extend across Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, and Jefferson counties, including numerous cities in Colorado.
