The MLBPA serves as the dedicated union representing professional baseball players, encompassing those on Major League 40-man rosters and approximately 5,500 Minor League players employed by the 30 Major League teams. Our core mission is to safeguard and advance the collective interests of our members, a commitment that also includes overseeing MLB Players, Inc., the exclusive body managing group commercial and licensing activities for active players.

Beyond player representation, the MLBPA fosters a culture of profound community impact through the Major League Baseball Players Trust, a 501(c)3 charitable foundation.
