Access Health Louisiana is a dedicated network of Federally Qualified Health Centers, committed to enhancing the well-being of the communities it serves. With over 100 providers, we deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to more than 44,500 individuals annually across Louisiana. Our mission is to improve the health of the people we serve, achieved by striving for the highest levels of patient care and adhering to evidence-based standards that ensure superior quality, safety, and health for our patients while also working to reduce costs.
