Project Lead | Physical Activity and Sleep-Dependent Memory in Youth
Sleep, Learning, Emotion in Pediatrics Lab - University of California, Irvine 26 September 2023 To 08 June 2024 (8 Months 13 Days)Coordinated 3 lab colleagues to design, conduct, analyze, and present a research study on pediatric physical health. Recruited 25 participants from hospitals and collected data via interviews, smart watches, and EEG headbands. Evaluated data sets including 5 variables using Excel, Python, and MATLAB; found daytime physical activity level surprisingly did not affect overnight memory performances.

Project Lead | Predictive Game Behavior Modeling on Python
Computational Model of Behavior - University of California, Irvine 15 October 2024 To 07 December 2024 (1 Month 22 Days)Developed a two-player Python game to simulate goal inference and pragmatic reasoning, where one player deduces the other's objective through observations. Modeled cognitive behaviors using NumPy, Bayes rule, and SoftMax function. Engineered 6 Python models for game scoring analysis, including least squared exponential and power law methods, improving accuracy of game score predictions by 15% based on 100 users’ mobile game data.
