Work Experience

Chassis & Ergonomics Team Lead

Gaucho Racing (Formula SAE) 10 March 2023 To Present

Led and organized the Chassis & Ergonomics Team in the design and manufacturing of an electric vehicle (EV) to compete in an international competition with over 75 university teams. Performed comprehensive analysis of the torsional rigidity for chassis in ANSYS using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models, evaluating real-world loads to ensure optimal performance and structural integrity. Designed and developed a chassis jig using 80/20 aluminum extrusions in SolidWorks, optimizing for laser cutting and manufacturing processes. Researched to identify suitable material for the EV’s firewall and ergonomic devices, ensuring safety and comfort. Enhanced the structural integrity of the chassis structure and steering components using MIG welding.
