Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern
Location: Remote (specifically NOT suited for candidates living in countries outside of the United States)
Schedule: A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Compensation: Unpaid
Overview:
Starbeam is seeking Sales and Marketing Interns to contribute to the preparation for the launch of their free generative AI consumer app in Fall 2025, and to support the subsequent rollout of their enterprise AI services to mid and large-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Create and customize sales presentations and scripts using AI tools.
• Identify influencers and leaders through web research and social media.
• Populate and manage CRM databases and prospect profiles.
• Utilize warm and cold outreach strategies to build and maintain relationships.
• Take free online courses to become certified in AI tools and HubSpot sales and marketing.

Qualifications:
• A current college student majoring in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. High school students demonstrating extraordinary interest may be considered for an exemption.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, without relying on AI for content generation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an inclination to build new connections and expand a professional network.
• Interest in sales and marketing as a possible career path.
• Willingness to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA).
