Job Description: HR Intern
This role is for an HR Intern based in Gastonia, NC, specifically supporting the Mann-Hummel Filtration Technology Main Office, while also assisting remote employees.
Role Summary:
The HR Intern will support various HR administrative and general processes for all employees, ensuring activities are handled quickly and accurately in accordance with internal and external regulations and the company’s strategy.
Main Tasks:
• Coordinating mail-related activities.
• Supporting the US and Canadian fleet program.
• Providing general support to employees in the Main Office.
• Performing recordkeeping and filing.
• Streamlining processes to enhance the Human Resources team’s efficiency.
• Executing transactions in different HR systems.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
• Education: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
• Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be structured, flexible, and customer-oriented.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, fluid, international, and dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Possession of a high level of integrity.
• Able to work independently and be proactive with exceptional attention to detail.
