About the Job: Human Resources Intern (Compensation)
This internship role is within the Human Resources team, specifically focusing on the Compensation discipline as a shared service partner. The intern will gain hands-on compensation experience by collaborating closely with the Compensation Manager and Sr. Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with daily responsibilities of the compensation team to effectively support internal clients.
• Coordinating org charts and supporting general reporting efforts (e.g., wage, bonus, performance management reports).
• Managing the compensation team’s email inbox and addressing incoming requests.
• Conducting basic wage analysis specifically for Drivers and Technicians/Mechanics.
• Supporting members of the Compensation department with various special projects.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the team.
Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or Economics.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Possession of the ability to work independently.
