Job Title: Supervisor, Physician Office-non RN
Expected Pay:
• Range: $33.52 – $47.22 per hour
• Type: Salaried position
• Determination Factors: Actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
Position Summary (Overview & Responsibilities):
The Supervisor, Physician Office-non RN is a leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations of a medical office practice. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervision & Direction: Supervising, directing, and scheduling team members within clinic locations.
• Patient Needs: Collaborating with team members to effectively meet patient needs.
• Performance Evaluation: Working with office leadership to evaluate the overall performance of team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Business Operations: Effectively addressing business operation needs.
• Financial & Policy Adherence: Partnering with office leadership on recommending budgets and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining cooperative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, advanced practice providers, OSFMG Coordinators, Medical Center personnel, other OSF entities, and external agencies and organizations.
• Leadership & Advocacy: Leading by example, conducting oneself in a positive and professional manner, and acting as an advocate for the team members within the practice.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Associate’s degree
• Experience:
• Associate’s degree AND
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting
• Other Skills/Knowledge:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.
