Job Description

Job Title: Student Services Support Staff / Assistant (Inferred from duties and reporting structure)

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 205 days of work per year, with 8 hours per day.

Reporting Structure: The successful candidate will report directly to the Building Principal and/or the SLC Directors.

Skills Required:
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
System Acumen: Ability to learn and utilize Skyward, which is a student management system. Prior knowledge of Skyward is a plus, but the ability to quickly learn is essential.
Communication: Possess clear verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on good grammar and spelling.
Organizational Skills: Proficient filing skills are required.
Work Ethic: Must demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and be a strong team player.

Duties:
Student Supervision: The primary duty involves supervising students in Student Services. This indicates a direct role in overseeing students within that department.
Administrative/Support Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, which will likely encompass a range of administrative, organizational, and support tasks as needed by the Building Principal or SLC Directors, aligning with the required computer, communication, and filing skills.
