Job Title: Community Intern
Core Responsibilities:
• Community Growth & Recruitment:
• Recruit community members within Her Campus, Spoon University, Campus Trendsetters, InfluenceHer Collective, and College Fashionista.
• Research influencer and college campus trends.
• Brainstorm new recruitment strategies.
• Craft copy for newsletters.
• Create recruitment social media content.
• Event & Experiential Project Support:
• Source talent leads.
• Collaborate on main stage programming.
• Contribute to user experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Must be a current college undergraduate.
• Possess strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
• Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms.
• Demonstrate a hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic.
• Be passionate about Her Campus Media’s mission.
• Show interest in community growth, social media content creation, marketing, and project management.
• Being a Her Campus Community Member is preferred.
Requirements For Application:
• Submit a writing sample that showcases personality and engages with pop culture or a current trend (e.g., a blog post or school article).
• Provide two social posts that demonstrate video editing skills and the ability to create engaging and trendy content.
• Include a resume and cover letter with your application.
Additional Information & Logistics:
• This is a remote internship available to current college students located in the United States.
• Internships are offered year-round on a full-time or part-time basis.
• The internship is unpaid but can be taken for school credit.
• Hours are flexible.
