Job Description: Human Resources Intern (Compensation)

This internship offers an introduction to the Human Resources function, specifically focusing on the Compensation discipline as a shared service partner. The intern will gain hands-on compensation experience by collaborating closely with the Compensation Manager and Sr. Director on various projects, reporting, and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Support: Assists the compensation team with its day-to-day responsibilities to effectively support internal clients.
Coordination & Reporting: Assists with the coordination of organizational charts and general reporting, which includes wage, bonus, and performance management data.
Request Management: Supports the management of the compensation department’s email inbox and handles incoming requests.
Wage Analysis: Conducts basic wage analysis, specifically for Drivers and Technicians/Mechanics.
Special Projects: Assists other members of the Compensation department with various special projects as needed.
Other Duties: Performs additional tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications:
Academic Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
Field of Study: Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or Economics.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
Work Style: Possesses the ability to work independently.
