Position: HR Intern

Location: Gastonia, NC

Role Summary:
This HR Intern role is based at the Mann-Hummel Filtration Technology Main Office in Gastonia, NC. The intern will provide comprehensive support to all employees, both on-site and remote. The primary focus is on assisting with a variety of HR administrative and general processes. The objective is to ensure that all HR-related matters are handled quickly and accurately, in accordance with established internal and external regulations, and aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Main Tasks:
• Coordinating activities related to mail.
• Supporting the US and Canadian fleet program.
• Providing general support to all employees located in the Main Office.
• Managing recordkeeping and filing tasks.
• Working on streamlining processes to enhance the efficiency of the human resources team.
• Performing transactions within different HR systems.
• Undertaking other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Your Profile

Education:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess a structured approach, be flexible, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced, fluid, international, and dynamic environment.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Possession of a high level of integrity.
• Able to work independently and be proactive, with exceptional attention to detail.
