Program Structure and Details:
• Program Name: UHG Leadership Experience (ULE) Internship
• Duration: Ten weeks long.
• Location: Delivered either in-person at Corporate HQ in Eden Prairie, MN, or remotely from anywhere within the U.S. There is an option to travel for both program and project-related work.

• Refining and implementing digital services plans for Optum’s CDOs through strategic development of digital health initiatives.
• Developing a comprehensive health equity strategy to reduce geographic health disparities and address specific populations’ outcomes (e.g., behavioral health, individuals of childbearing age).

Qualifications:

• Possession of an undergraduate degree.
• Must be a Consortium Fellow currently pursuing an MBA or other relevant graduate degree.
