This is for a Marketing Intern position, with a strong focus on social media management.

• Nature of the Role: This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic creative agency. The intern will contribute to real marketing and social media campaigns for the agency’s three brands (Chil & Co., Chil Studios, fourofour) and for external client accounts. It is designed for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within the agency. The internship has the potential to lead to a paid fellowship or contractor position upon successful completion.
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the management and growth of social media accounts across various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Creating and scheduling diverse content such as posts, stories, and reels.
• Collaborating with the creative team on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring engagement and actively managing online community interactions.
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy and effectiveness.
• What You’ll Learn:

• The complete, end-to-end process of launching successful social media campaigns.

• Internship Details:
• Location: Hybrid work schedule, primarily remote.
• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Duration: A 3-month internship contract.
• Compensation: The initial internship period is unpaid. However, the compensation structure involves a progression:
• A 5-day remote trial run is offered first (unpaid).
• Upon successful completion of the trial run, the intern will be offered the full internship position with a $15 per day stipend.
• By the end of the three-month contract, successful interns who are fully immersed in the agency’s processes may transition to “phase two” as a paid contractor.
