Job Description: Podcast Marketing Intern

This is a driven, creative internship opportunity for a Podcast Marketing Intern to join the Quilly team in the fall. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about discovering and sharing new creators, artists, and activists, and understanding how to amplify their voices to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Brainstorming and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to promote podcast episodes across various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
Guest Management: Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and coordinating with potential podcast guests, ranging from popular college influencers to local artists and changemakers.
Content Repurposing: Clip, caption, and repurpose existing podcast content to effectively grow the audience.
Audience Engagement: Actively engage with listeners and build excitement and anticipation for each new episode release.
Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the founder and marketing team to expand Quilly’s reach and impact.
