The position is for a Community Intern.
Core Responsibilities:
The Community Intern will play a pivotal role in growing Her Campus Media’s various online communities. Key responsibilities include:
• Community Recruitment: Actively recruit new community members from existing platforms such as Her Campus, Spoon University, Campus Trendsetters, InfluenceHer Collective, and College Fashionista.
• Strategy and Content Creation: Conduct research on influencer and college campus trends to inform and develop new recruitment strategies. This also involves crafting engaging copy for newsletters and creating compelling social media content specifically for recruitment purposes.
• Event and Experiential Support: Provide support for events and experiential projects, which includes sourcing talent leads, collaborating on main stage programming, and contributing to the overall user experience of these initiatives.

• Academic Status: Must be a current college undergraduate.
• Key Skills: Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.

• Passion & Interest: Be passionate about Her Campus Media’s mission and show a keen interest in community growth, social media content creation, marketing, and project management.
• Preferred Qualification: Being a Her Campus Community Member is preferred.

• Location and Availability: The internship is remote, available to current college students located in the United States, and offered year-round.
• Schedule: Internships can be pursued on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible hours to accommodate academic schedules.
• Compensation and Credit: This is an unpaid internship, but it is offered for school credit.
