Job Title: Talent Management Intern (School Credit Required)
Target Semester: Fall 2025
Compensation: Unpaid; for school credit only. Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit.
Location: Remote
Duration: Flexible, ideally 12-15 days per week for a semester.
Internship Overview:
This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain experience in the influencer marketing space, working closely with industry professionals. The intern will assist the Talent Team with day-to-day operations, gaining exposure to influencer marketing, influencer and brand outreach, and digital talent management. It is described as a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals passionate about social media and digital talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and contact emerging influencers.
• Assist with the signing and onboarding process for new influencers.
• Help manage and update talent rosters and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
• Support Talent Managers with influencer communication and coordination of campaigns.
• Assist with outreach efforts to potential new brand partners.
• Participate in a weekly training call.
• Collect and organize creator metrics and performance reports.
Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Have a passion for social media and influencer culture (including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a team player mentality.
