Krikl Technologies is a web development and digital marketing agency based in Glassboro, New Jersey. The company is currently undergoing a significant rebrand and relaunch, moving in a new direction. It is building from the ground up and does not yet have a major client base. The primary goal is to achieve growth through a strong, search-optimized website that effectively showcases its capabilities.
Job Description
This is a WordPress Developer role with a focus on advanced Elementor Pro and SEO expertise.
• Role Type: This is a volunteer/internship position. The work performed will directly influence the agency’s public presentation and its ability to attract new business.
• Location: While the role is remote-friendly, there is a strong preference for candidates located within the Greater Philadelphia service area. These local candidates should be open to occasional in-person collaboration sessions at local coffee shops, fostering relaxed creative environments without traditional office settings.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Building responsive, conversion-optimized web pages in WordPress using Elementor Pro.
• Customizing global styles, sections, and theme elements to ensure alignment with the brand’s direction.
• Implementing effective on-page SEO strategies, including proper metadata, alt tags, H1-H3 hierarchy, and internal linking.
• Integrating and configuring HubSpot CRM forms and tracking tools.
• Troubleshooting UI issues and actively collaborating on layout, structure, and content decisions.
• Maintaining mobile responsiveness and ensuring fast website performance.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro.
• Proficiency in on-page SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM tools or the demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
• Ability to create clean, responsive, and branded designs.
• Possession of good visual judgment and a strong sense of design consistency.
• Being self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for fine-tuning layouts.
