Job Title: Chief Growth Officer
Location: Remote / NYC Preferred
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Equity Only)
Compensation: This is an equity-based role, offering a founding team-level opportunity. The equity package will be competitive, determined by experience and commitment level. It is ideal for a mission-aligned builder eager to be part of the founding team.
Role Overview:
The Chief Growth Officer will be a visionary leader responsible for leading and scaling user acquisition, partnerships, and community development as 99 YARDS gears up for its full launch.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across both B2B and B2C segments.
• Lead user acquisition and onboarding initiatives targeting fashion professionals, brands, and service providers.
• Design and manage various growth programs, including performance marketing, referral programs, and ambassador initiatives.
• Identify and secure key partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, vendors, and influencers within the fashion and creator ecosystems.
• Oversee growth analytics, monitor user funnel metrics, and optimize retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Represent 99 YARDS at industry events, panels, and ecosystem activations.
Required Skills & Experience (You Are):
• A creative strategist with a demonstrated growth hacker mindset.
• Deep passion for fashion, technology, and community building.
• Proven experience in startup growth, digital marketing, or creator ecosystems.
• Comfortable and capable of handling diverse responsibilities, from partnerships to performance marketing.
• Data-driven in approach, yet conscious of brand identity and capable of scaling without compromising core values.
• Based in NYC or willing to work remotely, with a strong familiarity with fashion culture and industry timing.
Bonus Qualifications (Bonus If You Have):
• An existing network within the fashion, creator economy, or fashion tech industries.
• Prior experience working with early-stage startups.
• A track record of successfully growing platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products.
