Job Title: Creative Intern (Unpaid) – Social Media + Brand Assistant
Commitment:
• Hours: 5-10 hours per week
• Flexibility: Flexible

• Availability: Weekend Availability required
• Location: MUST BE OC LOCAL
Internship Overview:
This is an unpaid internship tailored for individuals eager to gain experience, receive mentorship, and make significant contributions to a developing brand. The role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about content creation, branding, and understanding the operational aspects of a small business.
Key Learning and Responsibilities:
As a Creative Intern, you will learn to:
• Assist in social content planning and creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop visual assets using Canva and assist with light product styling.
• Support tasks related to product listings, packaging preparation, and marketing materials.
• Organize and manage brand assets, content calendars, and weekly tasks.
• Work closely with the founder, gaining insight into the process of building a brand from its foundation.
Skills and Qualities Sought:
• A strong interest in branding, design, or social media (formal experience is not required).
• Familiarity with Canva or a willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Light experience with Reels, TikToks, or general photo/video editing.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do energy.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, valuing follow-through despite flexible scheduling.
