Job Description: Sales Professional / Sales Executive / Sales Agent
The company is seeking a customer-oriented Sales professional who can effectively leverage both outbound and inbound calls to consistently achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving incoming calls from clients.
• Up-selling and cross-selling the company’s products and services.
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls received and made.
• Assisting with enquiries from clients.
• Cooperating with concerned teams and departments to address client problem areas.
• Recording error-free reports of clients’ orders and processing purchases accordingly.
• Closely studying clients’ preferences and needs, coupled with complete knowledge of the company’s services and products for effective recommendations.
• Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with customers to foster loyalty, brand advocacy, and repeat purchases.
• Making phone calls to potential and existing customers, persuading them to sign up for services or purchase products.
• Leveraging company-engineered sales scripts to handle customer rejections and drive sales.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales and call volume targets.
• Uncovering and qualifying serious leads, then passing their information to the sales team.
• Overseeing clients’ accounts to ensure satisfaction among both new and loyal customers with their subscriptions and/or purchases.
Required Skills & Traits:
The ideal candidate must be able to consistently handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and be persuasive. They should exhibit exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills, and be able to follow sales scripts.
Job Requirements:
• Proven ability to follow sales scripts.
• Proven work experience as a Sales professional is a plus.
• Exceptional consultative and negotiation skills.
• Complete mastery of MS-Office and Google Suite.
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• High school certificate, equivalent, or higher.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
