This is an internship position for a NIL Intern at Perfect Game.
Position Overview:
The NIL Intern will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual crucial for supporting Perfect Game’s Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) initiatives. This role provides practical, hands-on experience within the dynamic field where amateur athletics, marketing, and brand development converge. The intern will gain insight into the daily operations of a rapidly evolving NIL environment, specifically assisting with athlete support, developing brand partnerships, coordinating content, and tracking compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign and Partnership Execution: Assist directly in carrying out NIL-related marketing campaigns and fostering new brand partnerships.
• Content Coordination: Support various content creation efforts, which includes managing social media posts, organizing and participating in photo/video shoots, and preparing other digital marketing materials.
• Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain precise records of all NIL deals and actively contribute to ensuring strict adherence to NCAA and state-specific regulations.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on potential opportunities for athletes, emerging trends within the NIL landscape, relevant brands, and competitive activities.
• Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings with athletes, Perfect Game staff members, or external brand partners when appropriate and required.
Qualifications:
• Preferred Academic Background: Students majoring in Sports Management or Marketing are preferred.
