About the Job: Graphic Designer / Digital Media Creator

This role is for a creative individual to join the marketing team, focusing on visual communication for a dynamic motorsports environment. The position is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to contribute to event and sports marketing.

Responsibilities:

Design and create promotional materials for events, including various digital and print assets such as digital ads, posters, banners, and flyers.
Develop engaging graphics for social media campaigns, aiming to connect effectively with the fan base.
Assist in designing and updating content for the company’s website, ensuring a consistent and appealing online presence.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team on broader branding initiatives and specific campaign strategies.
Provide support for other creative projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across different tasks.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graphic design, digital media, or a closely related program.
Software Proficiency: Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, with primary expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Creative Acumen: Exceptional creativity and meticulous attention to detail are essential. The candidate must also be in tune with current design trends.
Work Ethic & Attitude: Highly motivated with a positive attitude, demonstrating an ability to listen and effectively take direction.
Team & Independent Work: Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
Industry Interest: An interest in event or sports marketing is considered a significant advantage.
Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled, accommodating the nature of event-based operations.
Assessment: Must successfully pass a layout and design exercise to showcase overall ability and demonstrate creative proficiency.
