Job Description: Marketing Intern

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Marketing Intern, targeting creative and motivated college students or recent graduates who are looking to gain valuable experience in the marketing field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Marketing Intern will be involved in a variety of tasks crucial to the marketing department, including:
• Providing support for social media management by actively creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and closely monitoring engagement across platforms.
• Coordinating marketing materials and assisting in the preparation of various promotional content.
• Collaborating with team members on special projects and performing various administrative tasks as needed to support the overall marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Must Have:
• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrably strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and an understanding of content creation principles.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Possession of creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous internship or experience in a marketing role is considered a plus, but it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Preferred:
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, indicating a potential for enhanced contribution to visual content creation.
