Job Description: Business Strategy / Social Media Marketing / Customer Service Intern
This is a part-time internship role, requiring approximately 10 hours per week. It operates on a hybrid model, blending in-person work with virtual responsibilities. The position is located in Charleston, SC. The compensation for this salaried role is $12-15 per hour.
This is described as a versatile position encompassing a variety of responsibilities, including:
• Providing general business strategy analysis and support.
• Managing an offshore team of 6 people, overseeing their various tasks.
• Creating and managing social media content across different platforms.
• Taking the lead in the development of social media strategies.
• Monitoring social media performance metrics and actively engaging with the online community.
• Leading digital marketing efforts, which includes research and the execution of campaigns.
• Servicing customer service inquiries through email and chat support channels.
• Handling miscellaneous tasks related to order fulfillment.
There is a potential for this role to extend beyond the summer and transition into a more permanent position.
