We’re now looking for a motivated HR Intern to help us design and implement a best-in-class onboarding process that reflects our values and supports our growing team.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Intern, you will play a key role in developing a structured, engaging, and scalable onboarding experience for new hires. Under the guidance of our HR leadership, your responsibilities will include:
• Process Design: Develop a step-by-step onboarding framework tailored to field technicians, office staff, and leadership roles.
• Document Creation: Draft welcome kits, orientation schedules, training templates, and SOPs.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with department heads, technicians, and current new hires to understand onboarding gaps and expectations.
• Technology Integration: Recommend digital tools or platforms to support virtual onboarding or documentation.
