Job Description
The Role: The SoFi Graduate Student Brand Ambassador is a unique opportunity for individuals to empower their peers in managing their financial futures. This role involves representing SoFi on campus, generating interest in the company’s innovative products, and particularly encouraging students to explore SoFi’s private student loan offerings.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
• Raise awareness about SoFi’s products and services within your university community.
• Promote SoFi through various channels including social media, campus events, student clubs, and personal networks.
• Utilize existing connections with student organizations, faculty, and peers to disseminate information about SoFi.
• Organize and participate in events such as info sessions, tabling, and webinars to highlight SoFi’s offerings.
• Act as a vital link between SoFi and your campus, providing valuable feedback and insights from the student perspective.
Required Qualifications (What You’ll Need):
• Current Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an accredited US-based university, pursuing a Master’s degree, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
• Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Proactive & Driven: Demonstrate a driven, proactive attitude, a growth mindset, and a passion for taking initiative.
• Financial Wellness Advocate: Be committed to promoting financial literacy and supporting peers in achieving financial wellness.
• Campus Involvement: Be well-connected and actively involved in campus organizations or student life.
• Communication Skills: Be a confident public speaker with experience in organizing or participating in events.
• Social Media Proficiency: Be social media savvy and willing to utilize personal platforms to share SoFi’s mission.
• Organizational Skills: Be organized, communicative, and capable of providing thoughtful feedback to the SoFi team.
• Location Requirement: Must be attending a US-based university for positions in the US.
