Job Description:
This is a summer internship role at Forrester, located in their Cambridge, MA office. The Salesforce Intern will support the maintenance and ongoing evolution of the Salesforce platform. The intern will also participate in a structured summer intern program that includes dedicated events and learning opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the high-level functionality and Forrester’s customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with the research and resolution of production issues and enhancements.
• Participate in documenting new functionality implemented each iteration.
