Job Description: Software Engineering Intern
Haize Labs is seeking Software Engineering Interns to help develop their reliability platform. The internship focuses on:
• Data-efficient alignment of evaluation models
• Dynamic testing of AI applications
• Observability and anomaly detection
• Discrete optimization (with applications in architecture search and automated prompting)
As an intern, you will contribute to developing net-new primitives, frameworks, and algorithms for robust LLM applications. Your work will directly influence how LLM apps are tested, verified, and deployed.
Responsibilities include:
• Working directly with customers to adapt core R&D for different domains.
• Building out core infrastructure, cloud tooling, and UX around our algorithms.
• Shipping tools used by AI application developers across the world.
Qualifications:
• High-agency, customer-centric full-stack experience, e.g., ex-founder or ex-founding engineer.
• Strong open-source presence or a strong track record of software engineering projects and employment.
• Experience with ML in an applied setting.
• Ability to quickly understand the company’s research.
