This role involves providing engineering and drafting support. The company will provide training to enable the successful candidate to perform the following:
• Training Will Be Given To Accomplish The Following:
• Drafting support using the Medusa 2D system.
• Drafting support using the Unigraphics 3D/2D system.
• Engineering support work for assigned projects.
• Release of drawings/documents through SAP & Windchill ERP systems.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Adhering to company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supporting, cooperating with, and participating in company-wide Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management systems, including following all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Supporting and cooperating in the company-wide Quality Management effort.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Completion of sophomore or junior year of a BSc Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Sound computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD systems.
• An interest in rotating machinery and manufacturing is beneficial.
