Job Title: IT Intern
Location: Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street, Buffalo, NY (US:NY:Buffalo)
Work Type: Temporary
Shift: Shift 1, with scheduled work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Department: KH Information Technology Applications
Standard Hours Bi-Weekly: 75.00 (approximately 37.5 hours per week)
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes
On Call: Not required
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Union Status: Non-Union (N00 – Non Union KH)
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Salary Range: $15.00 – $20.63 per hour. The final wage will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Job Description:
As a Kaleida Health IT Intern, you will actively support the IT implementation team during the Epic (EMR) implementation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of healthcare IT.

Education And Credentials:
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Required: Must be a current college student actively pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, IT, or other related disciplines.

Experience:
Required: Possess a working knowledge of computer skills, including proficiency with common software tools and platforms.
Required: Capable of working independently and effectively managing tasks with minimal supervision.
Required: Demonstrate professionalism, including strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
