Job Title: Caregiver (Part-Time Shifts)

Location: Newington, Bloomfield, Manchester, CT, and surrounding areas. (Reliable Transportation and Driver’s License are Required).

Overview of the Role:
TheKey is hiring Part-Time Caregivers who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive, personalized home care services to aging seniors. This position involves a blend of companionship, personal assistance, and administrative tasks, all aimed at enhancing the client’s quality of life.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

Care Plan Execution: Help execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Safely and professionally complete various Activities of Daily Living, including:
• Personal hygiene assistance.
• Mobility assistance.
• Incontinence care.
• Light housekeeping.
• Feeding and meal preparation.
Companionship and Support: Supply personal companionship, ensuring active engagement with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support.
Transportation: Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed for the client.
Administrative Functions: Perform essential administrative duties such as:
• Documentation of task completion.
• Reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications (To Get Started You Will Need):

Experience: At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience.
Driving Requirements: Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a reliable vehicle.
Availability: Open availability is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills.
Work Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
