### Job Description: Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant

Job Title: Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant

Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant is to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This must be done in accordance with Trilogy Standards, as well as Federal and State regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees. This includes:
• Resident rooms & bathrooms
• Common areas
• Offices
• Employee areas
• Cleaning Procedures: Perform various cleaning tasks, including:
• Daily cleaning assignments.
• Deep cleaning assignments for move-ins & move-outs.
• Isolation cleaning procedures, adhering to established infection control protocols.
• Area & Equipment Management: Ensure work and assigned areas are clean. All equipment, tools, and supplies must be properly stored at all times, including before breaks, mealtimes, and the end of the workday.
• Laundry Tasks (If Applicable): If performing laundry duties, responsibilities include:
• Washing & drying resident laundry and linen.
• Delivering and putting away all laundered items.
• Proper usage, storage, and maintenance of all laundry equipment.
• Labeling resident laundry.
