Role Overview:
As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring Acosta’s client brands are prominent and available at Walmart stores. Your efforts will involve executing various retail merchandising activities to enhance product visibility and customer engagement with beloved brands in one of the world’s largest retail chains.

Key Responsibilities (What will you do?):
• Scheduling: Work can be scheduled Sunday through Saturday, with specific days depending on location-specific requirements.
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days a week, with Friday being a required work day.
• Start work between 6 AM and 9 AM, with work hours typically between 6 AM and 6 PM (no evenings).
• Product Management: Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock shelves, and pack out products onto the sales floor.
• Shelf Maintenance: Straighten and organize products on the shelves to ensure a tidy and appealing presentation.
• Promotional Material Handling: Receive, transport, and place coupons and signage materials within the store.
• Technology Use: Be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device to complete work, navigating multiple applications simultaneously. This includes answering simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta’s field technology.
• Reporting: Take photos of completed work to document success and provide accurate, concise data and photos by following provided instructions. Report work on the same day it is completed.
• Representation & Collaboration: Represent Acosta and its clients professionally in your assigned Walmart store(s). Partner effectively with Walmart store management and associates to achieve merchandising goals. Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Team Collaboration: Leverage support from and share best practices with the nationwide Walmart team through various communication channels.

• Efficiency & Accuracy: Complete work within provided timeframes, closely follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy, and provide accurate and concise data and photos.
Tools & Requirements for the Job:
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is necessary to travel to and from multiple retail locations in your area as part of a daily schedule.
• Mobile Device Proficiency: Comfort with using a company-issued mobile device for work and navigating multiple applications.
