Overview:

Leadership Routines: Actively participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.

Secondary Contact: Act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Preferred:

One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
